Front Door, McGee Cabin

This cabin on the site of the George Rogers Clark Homesite in the Falls of the Ohio State Park was built as a representation of a typical early 19th century servants’ cabin. The cabin commemorates the lives of Venus and Ben McGee, an African American couple brought to Indiana by Revolutionary War hero George Rogers Clark.
